Utilizing Ansoft's Serenade software.

Quick prototyping

Prototyping: LPKF ProtoMat (TM) mill/drill machine.
2-layer sample circuits can be produced by milling, minutes after the design is complete. We can build and test several generations of prototypes within a day's time in some cases.

System design and subsystem design

System design: With the aid of SysCalc and System View.
Design of radio transmitters, receivers, and frequency converters.

Mechanical design/packaging

In AutoCAD 2000.
Housings, covers, cooling and support structures for the circuitry developed by us.

PC board design/layout

EPD 2000 with GerbArt.
Again, to layout our own designs. We can provide complete fabrication
and assembly tooling files.
